Fast friendly service. I had a few recalls on my 2015 Ram and one warranty. I was told it would take most of the day to get all the repairs done. I asked for a loaner car and Jacob my serves rep said he had one available and set me up with a truck to drive for the day. They called when my truck was done around 3pm. The appointment was made on the next business day. The problem was fixed at no charge. We were very satisfied with the results of the service.
The salesman that we head was awesome showed us everything and told us everything about the truck. The only part I didn't like was there warranty guy was really pushy but all and all great job!!!!

Billion Ram serviced my 2016 Ram 1500 today. It needed an oil change, tire rotation, and was strongly vibrating at high speeds. The vibration was because the tires needed balancing. The vibration is gone. Billion was an excellent experience. Got right in, did it right, price was fair, and it did not take long. I would recommend Billion Ram’s service department.

I recently moved to Sioux Falls and needed my pickup checked out. I called Billion to make an appointment and was scheduled the next day. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Great sales man (Jeff N) pays attention to needs and was open to helping us find exactly what we wanted. The gentleman who helped with the financing did not over sell additions that we stated we did not need and was willing to go above and beyond to get the best rate that the company could offer.
